Brilliant knowledge, effort, preparedness and adaptability throughout! Ann was great to meet and consult with initially and offered excellent advice and progressed her items with a varied and skilled team (staging, marketing, legal etc) promptly, and flexibly. We needed to delay the process for a week or so and as soon as we were ready, her prep meant that everything kicked off like clockwork. The August 2021 COVID lockdown hit halfway through the planned open home period and Ann was well prepared for this and again, ensured that plans were in place for coming out of lockdown, as well as continuing to explore opportunities with the people who'd already come through. Amazing from start to finish! I was looking for a rental – clear ad, good photos and easy to book a viewing.
