Astrid has made the whole process super simple, she has supported us and accommodated our requests to revisit the property. She is open and down to earth, her explanation of the cross lease situation took the scary out of it all. We previously rented with L J Hooker who mentioned they can help us when looking for a house. After our inquiry we received a prompt reply from Amy and sent through what we were looking for in a house. Astrid called us shortly after with a list of properties that matched what we were after, she sent them through via email and has arranged to do a private viewing that same day. Great service and great people.

Brilliant knowledge, effort, preparedness and adaptability throughout! Ann was great to meet and consult with initially and offered excellent advice and progressed her items with a varied and skilled team (staging, marketing, legal etc) promptly, and flexibly. We needed to delay the process for a week or so and as soon as we were ready, her prep meant that everything kicked off like clockwork.
