Property Viewings
We coordinate viewing times with current occupants and always attend in person. Prospective tenants can book viewings via our 24-hour online system. With a vacancy rate under 2%, your property remains income-producing.

Tenant Selection
We thoroughly vet all adult applicants — ID, employment, credit, background checks, references, and rent affordability — while complying with privacy laws.

Tenancy Paperwork
We prepare all required tenancy documents. All adults residing in the property are named on the agreement. Before possession, tenants must pay 4 weeks’ bond and 2 weeks’ rent in advance. We lodge the bond with Tenancy Services and handle renewals on your behalf.

Inspections
We carry out detailed inspections throughout the tenancy, including entry, pre-vacate, final vacate, and regular three-monthly inspections. Reports include photos and are available to you for peace of mind.

Rent Reviews
We review rent at every inspection and suggest changes aligned with market conditions — always with your approval.

Peace of Mind
If you’re out of the area or overseas, we can act on your behalf while keeping you updated.

Breach Notices
We issue breach notices in line with the RTA 1986. If needed, we handle mediations and attend hearings at no cost to you.
