We have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY to rent arrears and expect the rent to be paid fortnightly by automatic payment which must be received by our office on the due date as set out in your Tenancy Agreement.
Pay for the water supplied to the premises if;
- It is stated on your Tenancy Agreement that you are responsible for the charges.
- The premises has a separate water meter.
- The water supplier charges for water on the basis of metered usage.
Yes, but only once every 12 months for periodic or fixed term tenancies.
The landlord is responsible for maintenance and repairs. You must report any issues promptly to your Property Manager. You’re responsible for any damage you or your guests cause, even accidentally.
Your bond (up to 4 weeks' rent) is lodged with Tenancy Services. It will be refunded to you at the end of your tenancy, provided the property is clean, undamaged, and rent is fully paid. Any agreed deductions must be signed off by both parties.
- Give the correct notice
- Clean the property thoroughly (inside, outside, appliances, etc.)
- Remove all rubbish and belongings
- Return all keys and remotes
The property should be left in the same condition it was in at the start, minus fair wear and tear.
