We had the privilege of working with Jackie and Rex when we needed to sell my mother in laws unit. From the first meeting with them we liked them and felt comfortable that we could work together. The advice they gave us was very sensible as the unit was very sound but very tired in decor and they were sensitive in helping us make decisions. Instead of pouring money into carpets and drapes it was suggested a good clean and declutter inside and out. This was completed with lots of positive encouragement from both Jackie and Rex who kept popping in to see the progress. The unit went onto the market as planned and an offer was made at the second open home. Everything from that time forward went very well with open communication, and the sale of the unit went ahead with no complications. It was a pleasure having Jackie and Rex on our team and would highly recommend them.
