Keith Niederer

Keith Niederer is a Director of Total Transaction Realty Limited, proudly trading as One Agency Central West, where he leads the sales team with energy, integrity, and decades of frontline experience.

As both Sales Manager and a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, Keith is hands-on in guiding clients through every stage of the listing and selling process, while also mentoring the wider team to achieve exceptional results.

With a career in real estate spanning more than 40 years, Keith brings deep industry knowledge across sales, auctioneering, recruitment, business ownership, and strategic leadership. He began his real estate journey in 1987 with Harveys and Eves Real Estate in the Bay of Plenty, following an earlier career as an auctioneer with Dalgety’s in the Waikato.

Over the years, Keith has held a number of high-profile roles including leading the national auction team for Challenge Realty, serving as Auckland Regional Manager, and later becoming General Manager of LJ Hooker and Harveys New Zealand from 2008 to 2018.

He also owned and operated successful real estate offices in Helensville and Kumeu for over a decade, and from 2018 to 2022, he continued contributing to the industry as a professional auctioneer and trusted business advisor.

Keith is known for his straight-talking approach, strong leadership, and a passion for helping both clients and colleagues succeed. With his vast experience and unwavering commitment to results, Keith continues to set the standard for excellence in real estate.
