One Agency Central West Celebrates Australasian Awards Finalist Liz Soma

We're absolutely delighted to share some exciting news from One Agency Central West!

Our very own Liz Soma has been named a finalist for Office Administrator of the Year at the One Agency Australasian Awards 2026!

And while Liz would probably prefer to stay quietly behind the scenes, we think this achievement deserves a little time in the spotlight!

The Person Behind the Scenes

Every successful real estate office has someone working away in the background, keeping everything organised, making sure the details are taken care of and helping the team deliver their very best. For us, that person is Liz.

As our Business Administration Manager, Liz wears plenty of hats. From supporting our sales team and coordinating marketing to managing administration and tackling the countless little things that keep a busy real estate office running, her days are anything but predictable!

She's often the person finding answers, solving problems and keeping everything moving - usually while juggling another dozen things at the same time.

Recognition Beyond Our Office

Being named a finalist in an Australasian award is a wonderful achievement, particularly in a role where so much of the hard work happens away from the spotlight.

It's fantastic to see the contribution of office administrators recognised and celebrated alongside the sales achievements that so often take centre stage in our industry.

At One Agency Central West, we know that great results are a team effort, and the people working behind the scenes play an incredibly important part in the experience we deliver to our clients.

We're incredibly proud of Liz and thrilled to see her hard work, commitment and contribution recognised at this level. Whatever the outcome, being selected as a finalist is an achievement worth celebrating. Congratulations Liz!
